With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The Ridgeback MX14 is a fun, confidence-boosting first bike for kids who are ready to start pedalling on their own.
The MX14 is a compact package of fun that builds real riding confidence from the very first pedal stroke. The bike features a lightweight 6061 heat-treated aluminium frame with a low standover height, making it easier to get on and off and increasing clearance for greater confidence. Ridgeback's pedal cranks are ergonomically correct, proportional to the child's leg length and place the pedals closer to the bike's centre so that children can pedal as smoothly and naturally as possible. Handlebars and grips are narrower diameter to fit small hands better, for confidence and control as well as better ability to reach the brakes safely. Brake levers are closer to the bars and adjustable for reach to suit smaller hands, and the steering has a limit stop that helps avoid an over-steering situation.
